Clare Brett (Ph.D) |
| Biography Dr. Brett teaches in both the graduate programs and pre-service programs, offering online, multi-media courses in theories of learning and educational technology applications, as well as educational psychology. Recent research grants include a SSHRC Standard Research grant and a CFI infrastructure grant investigating the apprenticeship experiences and educational outcomes of students taking Masters and Doctoral degrees in Education primarily through online, part time programs. Currently, this research is focused on investigating the effects on writing and academic identity of using both synchronous and asynchronous online tools in a series of diverse authentic academic writing contexts.
